I love the symmetrical designs of Jacobean gardens, such as those at Chastleton House in Gloucestershire.  The dyes in this kit reflect the expansion in trade in the 17th century and include indigo, cochineal and logwood from the Indies, Guatemala and Brazil.  Kit includes:  wool, canvas, needle, and coloured chart with full instructions.
