Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days. We send out orders using parcel post which takes an average of 3-5 days. There is a flat rate Shipping Charge of £4.00 on all items. For postage to continental Europe and worldwide, please enquire.
Please note: if you are placing an order for delivery outside the UK you will be responsible for any import duty or taxes.
Occasionally we may be away at a show or having a short break which could cause delay in sending your order. However, we will send you an email confirming when we will be able to fulfil your order.
Online payments
Security is our highest priority so when you make a payment you will be redirected to the Paypal site , whose highly encrypted and constantly monitored system will ensure that your payment is handled safely and securely.
Your privacy is very important to us and we will not share your details with any third party.
You can pay us online, by phone or by post. We only accept cheque payments drawn on £Sterling accounts. Please allow time for the cheque to clear before we can dispatch your order (which can take up to 5 working days).
Additional wool requirements
We supply more wool than is necessary to complete our kits. If, for any reason, your require additional wool, we will make every effort to provide the same colours but please be aware that some variation occurs between different dye lots. We always try to keep a small reserve of earlier dye lots but this cannot be guaranteed. Dye lot numbers for each colour will be listed on the chart provided with your kit. Colours may vary slightly from the illustration.
Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your tapestry kit but if you wish to return it, returns must be made within 28 days of receipt in perfect, un-opened condition. We will then refund the cost in full or replace the kit, although in the latter case, we will need to charge additional postage. In the unlikely event that the kit is faulty, we will give a full refund or replace it immediately with no extra charges.
